Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking Conditions
1.) a.) All Bookings are only confirmed when the Initial Booking Fee of £20 is paid.
b.) The booking Fee must be paid within 48 Hours of when the booking made or the booking date and package will be put back available to another client to hire.
c.) The booking fee Is non-refundable.
d.) In the unlikely event that Tiny Tumble Party Hire was to cancel your event due to adverse weather conditions or due to circumstances such as a natural disaster, The client reserves the right to use the booking fee against another booking if made within the following year of original booking.
Cancellation Policy.
1.) a.) We urge that you cancel your event as soon as you possibly know. To Cancel your booking please Contact us on 07480117670 or email info@tinytumblepartyhire.com.
b.) All booking Fees are non-refundable as they contribute to the administrative costs to making and confirming the booking. Please Refer to Booking conditions 1.)d.) for more information.
c.) Any Booking Cancelled up until 48 hours before will not incur any charge.
d.) Any Booking Cancelled 24/48 hours before will incur a 50% charge.
e.) Any Booking Cancelled on the day of hire will be charged the full price.
