Coronavirus (COVID-19) Changes
Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) we have had to review our terms and conditions of hire.
We have worked hard over the past weeks to find the best possible way in which to operate in the safest way ensuring we stick to government guidelines.
We have designed a new process of our delivery which will include-
- Cashless payment
- Contact free set up
- Online Confirmation of terms & conditions
- Over the phone instruction
Furthermore our cleaning process has been scaled up to include a full disinfectant of all equipment on delivery and also as it is packed away to ensure the equipment you get is safe. Unfortunately due to the time taken for the ball pool cleaning we have decided to temporarily remove them from our packages and will be replacing them with extras.
Therefore there are additional conditions that you will have to accept in order for us to hire at this time, which you will accept when you go through the booking form. Below are the additional conditions.
1 - The Venue / Location must be clear of people while the set up is taking place.
2 - Strictly do not use or allow children to use any equipment until the set up is completed & Clean down is completed.
3 - Cashless Payment to be made prior to arrival.
4- A full Safety talk will take place over the phone.
5 - Social distancing 2 metre rule to be abided by at all times.
6 - You have agreed to these terms on the live online booking, therefore no need for a physical signing of any conditions.
